Rigid Heddle Weaving for Beginners
This class will introduce students to the wonderful world of weaving on a rigid heddle loom. Students will make a lovely wool scarf while learning basic weaving techniques and skills.

4 sessions, 3 hours each (a total of 12 hours)
Supplies: Rigid heddle loom with an 8 dent reed, 2 skeins of Plymouth Galway worsted weight (2 colors-1 skein per color); scissors; stick shuttle; pen/pencil for notes.
*Loaner looms are available for use from Needles in the Haymarket. Students will have the opportunity to purchase their loaner loom if they desire after class at a 10% discount (regular price $295, student price $265.50).
