We have updated our return policy.

We understand that crafting takes time. With that in mind, we have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after purchase to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All returns REQUIRE either an active customer account to look up the original order or original proof of purchase. WE CANNOT PROCESS NO RECEIPT RETURNS.
Returns are for store credit ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS. Store credit is returned in the form of a gift card loaded with the value of the return.
To start a return, you can contact us at (703) 659-1062. Please ask for Marti or Kenny. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All returns are for store credit only, no exceptions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept any returns on knitting needles, crochet hooks, needlepoint and cross stitch needles, patterns, books, or wound yarns.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
Classes
Within the final 7 days prior to the start of the FIRST session of a class (or only session for 1 session classes), classes are non-refundable unless there is a student on the waitlist able to take the vacated seat in that class.
