Terms and Conditions for Classes at Needles in the Haymarket

Thank you for your interest in taking a class (or classes) at Needles in the Haymarket!  Before completing your registration, please read the Terms and Conditions below.

  1. Only paid attendees TAKING the class may be present at that class.
  2. By signing up for a class at Needles in the Haymarket, you are providing your consent for the shop to contact you via your provided email address to deliver a supplies/homework list for your class at the time of completing registration and to deliver a reminder 24 hours prior to EACH session of the class.  Needles in the Haymarket will make every reasonable attempt to send reminder emails, however, it is ultimately the responsibility of the student to make sure they attend any classes for which they have registered.
  3. Classes are non-refundable within the final week (7 calendar days) prior to the start date of that class.  Refunds for classes are given as a store credit, which may be used for ANY future purchase.
  4. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any class offered at Needles in the Haymarket based on enrollment numbers if the instructor's minimum class size is not reached.
