Clean Cotton

Good for you and the environment! Universal Yarn took fibers leftover from making other yarns- the soft too-light fluff, the bits that otherwise would have been lost to the waste stream - and made this handy, durable, and surprisingly soft high-quality yarn. They call this 85% recycled cotton/15% recycled polyester blend "clean cotton" because it's a yarn you can feel good about using.

Composition: Recycled cotton: 85% Recycled polyester 15%

75 g = 131 yards Suggested Gauge:

Knit: 18 sts x 24 rows = 4" in St st on US Size 8 (5 mm)

Crochet: 14 sc x 16 rows = 4" on US Size I/9 (5.5 mm)

Suggested Care: Machine wash - warm, do not bleach, tumble dry - low heat, iron - low heat, dryclean - any solvent
