The Sabai Top by Susanne Müller

The SABAI Top by Susanne Müller (Paulastrickt) is a beautiful sleeveless top that’s consistently in Ravlery’s Hot Right Now.  The top is knit top down in the round, with no seaming.

3 - One and a half hour sessions

Supplies:   Sabai Top Pattern (may be purchased in store or on Ravelry)

200-400g DK weight yarn

24in and 32-40in. circular needle, US size 6 (4mm) or size to obtain gauge, tapestry needle, stitch markers

Yarn Suggestions:  Rowan Cotton Cashmere, Universal Yarns Dunescape, Rowan Cotton Revive, Berroco Pima Soft, Berroco Tillie

Skills required: Casting on, Knit, Purl, Bind off

Skills taught in class:  Make 1 right, Make1 left, joining and knitting in the round

Homework for first class:  Please have gauge swatch knitted, washed and blocked measuring 20 stitches x 20 rows = 4 inch square
