I want to make a sock or mittens but....... knitting on that tiny circle scares me! In this class students will learn the basics of double points, two circulars, and magic loop. This is a technique class to teach the basics of each style of small circumference knitting, so there is not an actual project. By learning these basics, the students can then try a sock or mitten class with confidence.

Instructor:  Marti Lawrence

1 - Three hours session

Supplies:

Size US 6 double point needles, 2 US 6 circular needles (16” and 24” or 32 preferred)
and a US 6 32” needle.

Skills Required:

Ability to cast on, knit and purl.

Skills Learned:

Casting on using different methods in each of the three small circumference knitting techniques.  Joining and knitting in the round on a small circumference using the three different techniques.
