
Introduction to Colorwork and Chart Reading (Wednesday, October 4th, 10:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.)
Learn two-handed stranded colorwork and how read a knitting chart! We'll be making an adorable cup cozy to learn these new techniques.

Skills Required: Students must know how to knit, purl, cast-on, bind-off, and work in the round on either double pointed needles (DPNs) or magic loop.
Skills Learned: Two-handed colorwork, reading a chart, and how to weave in ends in stranded colorwork.
*Homework: Cast on 44 stitches and join for working in the round and knit in (K1, P1) ribbing for 5 rounds.*
1 - 3 hour session: Wednesday, October 4th (10:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.)
Supplies: Worsted weight yarn in at least 2 colors, at least 50 g of each color, size US 5 needles (either double pointed needles or 32" circular for magic loop).
Class size: 6 students maximum, 1 students minimum.
