
Advanced Brioche Class (Thursday, October 26th, 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.)
This beautiful Heartland Brioche Cowl by Linda Sellick will give you all you need to know to continue with any project using the brioche stitch. Choose high contrasting colors to give you the best results and show off this pretty stitch. Store model was made with Plymouth Baby Alpaca in off white and black.

1 - Two hour session: Thursday, October 26th, (10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.)
Supplies: 1 skein main color worsted weight yarn 50 grams, 1 skein contrast color worsted weight yarn 50 grams, US 6 (4.0 mm) 16 or 24 inch circular needles, Copy of Heartland Brioche Cowl by Linda Sellick from Ravelry
Skills Required: A good understanding of the brioche stitch and experience working the brioche stitch in the round.
Skills Learned: Increasing and decreasing in brioche stitch. Increasing and decreasing 2 stitches at a time in brioche stitch. Reading both written and charted instructions.
Homework: Complete the first 5 rounds of the edging per pattern instructions. (Please note the store model was knitted in a solid color for the edging. This was a personal preference and you are welcome to do the edging as written or make it all one color like the model).
Class Size: 5 students maximum, 2 students minimum. If the 2 student minimum is not met, Needles in the Haymarket can either refund the class or move the student to a class scheduled at a later date.
This class is "mask optional".
